Rebecca McGlohn, MAT, BCBA, LBA
President
Rebecca founded ACT in April of 2008. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Child Development, and then went on to receive a Master of Arts in Teaching with a concentration in Special Education from the University of Memphis. She taught in Special Education classrooms for 6 years before opening ACT. Rebecca has been working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities in home, school, and clinic settings since 2001, and has been a BCBA since 2006. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, reading books, dancing, yoga, and relaxing.

Trey McGlohn
Vice President
Trey joined ACT in November of 2010 when it expanded beyond just Rebecca. He attended Old Dominion University, where he was a Fine Arts major with a minor in Business Administration. Trey comes from a family of entrepreneurs and has been instrumental in managing and guiding ACT as it has grown and changed over the years. Prior to joining ACT, Trey was a professional photographer. He still enjoys taking photos in his spare time. Trey also enjoys cooking and trying new foods.

Christine Hettling, MS, BCBA, LBA
Clinical Site Director
Christine joined ACT in April 2011. She graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and then went on to get a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Christine has been a BCBA since 2010, and has experience providing direct therapy and supervision in home, school, and clinic settings. In her free time, Christine enjoys shopping, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband and two young sons.

Jana Dillon, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Assistant Site Director
Jana joined ACT in April of 2013. She has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master of Education in Special Education from Concordia University-Portland. Jana has been working with children with disabilities since 2008. Prior to working at ACT, Jana was a special education teacher in Indiana. Jana has been a BCBA since 2016. When not working, Jana enjoys riding her bicycle, trying new foods, and spending time with her husband and son.
Heather Miller
Office Manager
Heather joined ACT in June 2019. She was an RBT for four years and has worked with kids with special needs since 2012. She is working on her undergraduate degree in Sociology. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her partner and daughter as well as going to the beach.


Kayla Shannon, BS, RBT
Administrative Assistant
Kayla joined ACT in August of 2020. She received her bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University in Human Services in August of 2021. Kayla has been an RBT since December of 2019 and has experience working with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In her free time, Kayla enjoys writing poetry, listening to music, and spending time with her loved ones.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Caroline Crawford, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Caroline joined ACT in March of 2015. She has a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from George Mason University and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Old Dominion University. She became a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst in March of 2018 and then shortly thereafter became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in September of 2018. Caroline has been working with young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder since 2015. In her free time she enjoys painting and relaxing with her pet dogs and birds!

Brooke Crawford, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Brooke joined ACT in June of 2017. She graduated from
Christopher Newport University in 2015 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology and went on to graduate from Arizona State University in 2018 with a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction: Applied Behavior Analysis. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in August 2018. Brooke has been working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities since September 2013. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys reading, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with her husband, son, labrador, and close family and friends.

Dakota Grizzle, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Dakota joined ACT in September of 2014. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Virginia Wesleyan College and graduated with a Masters degree in the Foundations of Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Dakota became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in August of 2021. He has taught children in a private school setting, taught swim lessons, and coached soccer before coming to ACT. In his free time, Dakota enjoys playing soccer, watching the Chiefs and Arsenal play, and spending time with his wife and their two cats.

Jazmin Johnson, MS, BCBA, LBA
Jazmin joined ACT in September of 2016. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and then went on to receive a Master of Science degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Jazmin received certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in August 2018. She has worked with individuals with varying disabilities since 2014. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and her chocolate Labrador retriever (Bailey) and Chiweenie (Rahja). She also enjoys working out at the gym, trying new places to eat, and spending time with family and friends.

Kelsey Ricks, MA, BCBA, LBA
Kelsey joined ACT in September of 2016. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelors degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Special Education, and then went on to receive a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Before joining ACT in 2016, Kelsey worked as a middle school math teacher for 1 year and enjoyed volunteering with organizations that taught sports and recreational skills to individuals with varying disabilities. Kelsey is a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Scout, reading any book she can find, and exploring new beach towns.

Brooke Totzeck, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Brooke joined ACT in May of 2016. She has a Master of Education Degree from The University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Virginia Wesleyan University. Brooke became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in November of 2018 and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in June of 2021. She has been working with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities since 2014. In her free time, Brooke enjoys the beach, yoga, and checking out local restaurants!

Shelby Wisdom, MS, BCBA, LBA
Shelby joined ACT in November of 2020. She graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with Bachelor's degrees in Sociology, a minor in Education and Certification in Sports Management, and then went on to receive a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis from National University. She has worked with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities in home, in school, and clinical settings since 2015. In her free time, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family, playing slow pitch softball, and going on runs with her dog.
Kristi vanHorn, MA, BCBA, LBA
Kristi vanHorn joined ACT in January of 2014. She attended Lander University where she received a B.S. in Special Education and then later attended Florida Institute of Technology where she received a M.A. in Professional Behavior Analysis. Since joining the field in 2007, Kristi has always known her passion lies with helping children with special needs and their families. She has worked in a variety of settings including: school, home, clinic, and community. In 2017, she received her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She currently resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, daughter, and two puppies.

Erynn Rhodes, MA, BCBA, LBA
Erynn joined ACT in June of 2019. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, and is working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. After working in various mental health settings after graduating from VCU, Erynn began her work in the field of ABA in 2018 by becoming a Registered Behavior Technician providing in-home services to children in the Richmond, Virginia area. Erynn enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and relaxing with family and friends.

Maddie Tsou, BA, BCaBA, LABA
Maddie joined ACT in October of 2018. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. She has finished her ABA coursework through Florida Institute of Technology and has her BCaBA certification. She enjoys music, concerts, and the beach!

Shannon Bacchiocchi, BS, RBT
Shannon Bacchiocchi joined ACT in April of 2019. She graduated from The College of Saint Rose with a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Special Education. She taught preschool and Pre-k for for 3 years before she starting working at ACT. In her free time Shannon enjoys cooking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and her puppy.

Dee Lewis, BS, RBT
Dee joined ACT in May of 2016. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, and has taken Applied Behavior Analysis courses from Florida Institute of Technology. She worked in child care for 5 years before starting at ACT. Dee has been working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in the home, community, and clinic settings since 2016. In her free time, Dee likes to cook, spend time with family, and listen to music.

Trey Jones, BS, RBT
Trey joined ACT in May of 2019. He graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a dual Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice. In his free time, Trey enjoys spending time with his family, reading books and playing sports.

Keneisha Rios-Rodriguez, M.Ed., RBT
Keneisha joined ACT in April of 2019. She graduated from Arcadia University with a Bachelors degree in Spanish, and then went on to receive a Master in Education from Arcadia University as well. She worked as a substitute teacher for 1 year before working as an RBT. Keneisha has been working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities in home, school, and clinical settings since 2017. In her free time Keneisha enjoys spending time with her husband and pets.

Meagan Rivera, MA, RBT
Meagan joined ACT in February of 2020. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from St. Joseph’s College in January of 2017. In December of 2019 she graduated with a Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She has been working with adults and adolescents with disabilities since 2015, and began working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in 2018. In her free time, Meagan enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family.

Taylor Wiseman, BS, RBT
Taylor joined ACT in June of 2018. She graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science. She is currently working towards becoming a BCBA through Florida Institute of Technology. Taylor has years of personal relationships with individuals on the Autism Spectrum, and since starting her professional journey in the summer of 2018 her passion for ABA has only increased. In her free time Taylor enjoys playing with her chocolate lab, Baxley James, eating at Chipotle, and listening to Taylor Swift.

Allysin Sheeley, M.Ed., RBT
Allysin Sheeley joined ACT in June of 2017. She has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree of Liberal Arts with a concentration in Community and Social Services. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University. Allysin has held numerous positions as a teacher in Early Childhood Education programs in the Hampton Roads area, as well as serving as a mentor or counselor in various local community service organizations since 2006. In her free time, Allysin enjoys all elements of the fine arts, spending time with family, and being outdoors.

Kasi Barnes, RBT
Kasi joined the ACT team in May 2021. She graduated from Bellevue University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her long-term goal is to pursue Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in family relations and she has nearly a decade of personal experience with children on the autism spectrum. In her free time, she enjoys nature photography, painting, gardening, taking trips with her husband and daughter, and playing with her family pets, two dogs Maggie and Sicily, and one cat, Fats.

Brianna Twitty, BS, RBT
Brianna Twitty joined ACT in June of 2020. She has a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University and is currently working to obtain her master's degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University. Brianna has worked with adolescents and teens diagnosed with autism and related disorders from 2017-2020 and recently starting working with preschool aged children in 2019. In her free time Brianna enjoys binge watching shows on Hulu and Netflix, sleeping, and being with her church family.

Allison Dikun, RBT
Allison joined ACT in March of 2021. She had a bachelor's degree in forensic studies. Her previous experience has been more on the criminal justice area with interning at Oasis youth shelter under the substance abuse counselor, a case manager intern at Children's Network of SW Florida, and working as a case manager at a domestic violence emergency shelter. Allison started working with children/adults with ASD in February of 2020 and plans to pursue her BCBA with a masters in education. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her friends and family doing anything outside!

Samantha Boeving, BS, RBT
Samantha joined ACT in December 2021. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in Sociology in 2015. In 2016, Samantha became a Registered Behavior Technician. Samantha completed additional coursework through Florida Institute of Technology in Applied Behavior Analysis and is currently pursuing becoming a BCaBA. She is passionate about helping children develop a mode of communication. Prior to joining ACT, Samantha worked with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities in a variety of settings including school, Early Intervention center, clinic, and in-home. In her free time, she enjoys painting, spending time by the beach, and watching shows on Hulu.

Marissa Buescher, RBT
Marissa joined ACT in May 2021. She graduated from Blackburn College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in coaching. While in college, she worked at a mentally disabled adult home with adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Prior to joining ACT, Marissa was an animal trainer to a variety of animals, mostly dogs, and coached high school Cross Country. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, crafting, and spending time with family, friends and her dogs.
